Important results from the project

In this meeting place project we had the aim to plan and create a unique meeting place 2014 for the ´Food Valley of Bjuv´ in the area ´Smart food for specific groups´ like Food for elderly people, food for physical active young people , food for meals in schools and hospitals. The aim is to have new concepts, business ideas and products for these groups. Around 10 entrepreneurs that we have contacted are interested to participate. The plan is to use parts or the whole business process we have used before (Creative Food Business process)

Expected long term effects

The results are around 10 entrepreneurs that want to participate in the next step. Organisations and persons that can participate with the need for new concepts , business ideas and Products in the focus areas. We have formulate agreements with the entreperneurs and the organisations that formulated the need . We can start the next step in the process

Approach and implementation

We have had meetings and seminars internally within the Group that have worked with Project. The Group has represented the organisations that have the need for the focus in the meeting Place. We have contacted entrepreneurs and around 10 of these are interested to participate. We have also contacted persons that have organised Vinnova meeting places before and persons that are going to start meeting place Projects 2014. We have looked for a suitable process for the work in the next step and found out that that the one that has been used for food companies before can in part be reused
