Important results from the project
The purpose has been to make it possible for the Medeon team to participate in experience exchanges organized by SISP through meetings for incubator managers, Science Park managers and communication managers. The results have been satisfactory until 2020 when the Medeon team only could participate digitally due to the corona pandemic. Thus extra ordinary circumstances the Medeon team feel that SISP have done their outmost to arrange the experience exchange digitally for all incubators and Science Parks.
Expected long term effects
The Medeon team has participated actively in ERFA-meetings, SIR-meetings and Peer Reviews during 2018 and 2019. Digitally during 2020 in ERFA-meetings as well as meetings for incubator managers and Science Park managers. This has resulted in relevant knowledge updating and interesting experience exchanges as well as cooperation with other incubators and Science Parks.
Approach and implementation
The Medeon team has participated in activities mentioned above with the purpose to strengthen both our incubator and Science Park. The plan has been to participate in relevant meetings arranged by SISP as well as working with other incubators and Science Parks within Life Science (ALIS) which is the Medeon fokus to 100%. This cooperation has been successful and during 2020 ALIS (all life science incubators in Sweden) arranged a digital Life Science Investors Meeting.
