Important results from the project
Measure & Change develops a digital, automatic solution for accounting and follow-up of the business´s climate impact, with the goal of contributing to reducing climate-impact emissions. The purpose of the Vinnova project is to develop a prototype that can be tested at the customer. We have done so but there are still problems with data getting the right data.
Expected long term effects
Today, the calculation of climate emissions is done mainly manually, if done, which is very time-consuming. We combine data from different systems and sources and visualize the result, which will be an easily understandable basis for decisions on measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our tool can contribute to this work and also be used for annual sustainability reporting.
Approach and implementation
In this project, we have developed a prototype that can then be tested by a customer. Requirements specification and bids from IT-developers as well as collaboration with a major player formed the basis of the project. The implementation became different than we had planned, the big player jumped off, but the result is a first prototype, as the goal was.
