Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to develop a service for automatic and detailed calculation of carbon dioxide emissions for the public sector. The project had two objective, both of which are met: To develop an Minimum Viable Product based on tests with the prototype. To develop a market ready product using feedback from early users of the MVP

Expected long term effects

A service that automatically calculates an authority´s own emissions on an interactive public website so that all residents can access the information. Emissions from the geographical area are also displayed. "With the service from Measure and Change, we can easily follow the municipality´s climate footprint and create a relevant sustainability report. Approach and implementation

We have developed an MVP for municipalities and regions based on the tests of the prototype. When the MVP had enough features and content, early users have been test customers at a reduced price. We have collected feedback from the first users and refined the product based on their feedback. The work has mainly been carried out by the owners with the addition of part-time jobs for UX and front end. By being in the incubator Företagsfabriken in Kronoberg, we have received good support with business development, law and IP, as well as work space.
