Important results from the project
The project has had two goals. To launch Mathleaks faster in Sweden and evaluate the potential on other markets After the project we can confirm that the funds from Vinnova has made a it possible to launch Mathleaks faster. We could purchase necessary services and products to complete the application During the spring we have hired Business Sweden to evaluate the most interesting foreign markets to Mathleaks. We have also hired Handels Consulting to evaluate the possibility of developing Mathleaks for Sweden´ intermediate school.
Expected long term effects
The results of the carried out market analysis is that we now know what markets are most important to Mathleaks in the future. The effects of this is that we will begin serving a new market after the summer. Furthermore, we also know what foreign market we need to analyze further. During the project time we have moved to a subscription model. This makes it easier for students to try out Mathleaks. The results of this is an easier workload for Mathleaks as we only have one application to work with and hopefully more loyal customers
Approach and implementation
When we choose what to fund with Vinn Nu we wanted to carry out activities that we couldn´t do ourselves. During the project time however we have allocated some of the funds to other causes. We for example changed payment system to a subscription model and needed to hire IT-consultants to review our code.
