Important results from the project

Eat Sleep Create focuses on making innovative games with meaningful themes. We have an inclusive approach in everything we do, and this is reflected in our productions. ´Project Market Development´ for Eat Sleep Create AB is the company´s first major investment in market development. The goal is to successfully localize, market and establish the company and the game Crest on the international market.

Expected long term effects

ESC has now two newly appointed people to the company. 1 Chairman and 1 marketer. With an expanded workforce and clear division of roles, we see a 30% increase in overall production. Increased activity in our community with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Greater visibility in the United States has generated attention from press and invitations to international conferences. Overall a satisfactory start to the marketing efforts, the effect of which will be analyzed continuously. The Russian translation is launched in conjunction with the game release and is tested and approved.

Approach and implementation

Along with consultants and specialists, we conducted a market analysis and developed a strategy for how the company will work with marketing for an international market. For continued success of both production and business development, we have hired two experts in the field. During the project period emerged the importance of a distinct corporate structure. Now with extended expertise, ECS has grown, not only in number but also as a participant in the game industry.
