Important results from the project

The goal was to prepare our company for the commercialisation. This includes evaluation on the business model with relevant partners and customers, finding the product-market-fit and improve our ability to pitch. We also want to improve our pricing model and the quality of our business relations. Most of the expected results have been addressed successfully.

Expected long term effects

Together with our business advisor we had the opportunity to get feedback from the market and relevant customers. We had many pitches in front of a variety of target audiences and got quality feedback on them. Although we initially had difficulties in identifying the perfect customer, we came a long way in defining the right product-market-fit. Especially the tour to the Silicon Valley was a great way to open up the mind and thing big.

Approach and implementation

The program was well thought through and it was interesting to listen to many different investors and entrepreneurs. I would have valued a bit more private time with the coaches, investors and other entrepreneurs in the program to exchange ideas and build relationships. Mostly the program was rather tightly organised and there was little time to interact and network. Otherwise I found it a very valuable and positive experience.
