Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Through a systematic review of previous project within Mission-based working methods, Vanessa has created an overview and collected experiences from various involved actors. She has then compiled this into concrete advice for how we can better structure and orchestrate project with many different organizations and actors so that we can jointly tackle complex issues and societal challenges. Getting this "from the outside in" perspective is valuable for us in order to work consciously in better involving many different actors in change work.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** To have a "checklist" of things to think about is valuable and will lead to us being able to better integrate many actors (with different preconditions) into mission-based ways of working. We believe this will lead to the actors having an increased confidence in this way of working and will be able to more easily adopt the methodology themselves (large and small) in their own organizations. Many of the complex challenges society faces require collaboration to solve and this work will help us to spread methodology for consensus and collaboration.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Since one of the case studies had not progressed that far in its mission-based work, we had to be flexible and rethink during the course of the project. So this research and interviews focused more on how the working method works in the moment rather than reflecting after the completion of project. But even though it was not in line with the original plan, it became a valuable element of the study. With maternity leave, we lost a bit of momentum in the project, but with Vanessa´s experience, we found a way to still work on it and coordinate.
