Important results from the project
A written and oral conference presentation of Hässleholm hospital on 17/2/12, especially its production system (as an example of ´lean´) and the change management model identified (showing characteristics of ´agile´ in its ability to rapidly utilise opportunities spotted in the market place). Possibilities to improve the production system (thus operative efficiency) and management (strategic efficiency) are sought by comparing the hospital to forms of dynamic capabilities in other industries.
