Important results from the project
The project has reached the goal of developing services within systemic leadership through a wide co- operation of organisations in Skåne. The target group for the pilot training has consisted of requirement owners who work with issues related to improved integration however the training modules have been designed to be applicable in other areas. This means that the project has improved the conditions to develop services in order to meet the region´s needs for knowledge to support social innovations. Furthermore, the project has facilitated the marketing of the services.
Expected long term effects
The project has facilitated in order to increase the demand of the services in the region. In order to continue the dissemination of the services, Region Skåne plans to finance future training efforts to the region´s municipalities on the basis of the methods and strategies developed during the project. At the same time, there is also a potential to offer organisations in other parts of the country the corresponding courses/services.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented within the framework of a process oriented approach based on the following activities. 1: mapping, needs and analysis work. 2: internal development work at participating vendors around service development within systematic leadership. 3: test in practical application. 4: commersialisation and dissemination.
