Important results from the project
The aim of the project was separated into 8 milestones: 1)customer analysis 2) competitor analysis 3) identification of potential collaborators 4) defining of future milestones in a longterm perspective5) definition of the business model and go-to-market strategy based on our analysis and surveys 6) a pricing analysis 7) technical verification 8) IPR- analysis All the milestones where reached during the given project period.
Expected long term effects
The results stengthened our previously formulated hypothesis, giving us an indication of the need of our product. Through the project, we have been able to anchor a strategy for further project developement.
Approach and implementation
The majority of the work was conducted inhouse by LARA Diagnostics, with a support from Enhancer Consulting. Together we have strengthened the business case, and identified future opportunities. The collaboration has been well functioning throughout the project, much based on key factors such as clarity thoughout initiative meetings, projectdefinition and legal agreements.
