Important results from the project
The goal of this pre-project was to, together with the “Place for Innovation” at the Karolinska University Hospital write a strategic plan for how to implement ADA testing strategies in routine health care in an economically sustainable way.
Expected long term effects
A strategic plan was finalized and reported.
Approach and implementation
Work meetings were held where information was gathered about which factors and stakeholders would be important to include to make the core project feasible. A business plan and GANTT chart were included in the strategic plan.
