Important results from the project
The purpose and objective of the following projects was to create a better understanding and security in Labtrino´s work with our Intangible assets. Together with Groth & Co, three sub-steps were carried out, 1) Current situation analysis, 2) External analysis and 3) Strategy documentation. The goal was thus to create security for our work in several dimensions, nationally and internationally but also internally and externally. After completing the project, we are both satisfied and proud of our past and current work with our intangible assets.
Expected long term effects
We are very satisfied with the work that has been done and the effects that have been generated. On the whole, we did not expect enormous changes in the work we do, but rather a validation of our way of working. We experience it as if we have had it confirmed through the careful analyzes that have been done both internally and externally.
Approach and implementation
The approach previously described has formed the basis for all the work done during the project. We are very satisfied with all the sub-steps, but above all we want to shed light on the analysis of the surrounding world that was carried out. It gave us opportunities to not only analyze the work that has been done before, but perhaps above all to focus on what lies ahead. It gives us enormous strength and security in some of the commercial steps that will be implemented in the coming financial years.
