Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Kickstart Hållbarhet´s aim and objective to inspire green conversion in 10 industrial companies with the help of examples, expertise, methods and systematics. Based on the 17 global sustainability goals, KS Hållbarhet helped to break them down into company-related activities, understandable and concrete for the individual company. The participating companies received a process to start future-proofing the operations and help to identify the most important driving forces for sustainability work.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** KS Hållbarhet has been positive and evaluation and interviews testify that the companies have gained new knowledge and seen new opportunities for sustainable development. Several companies made ambitious and concrete plans during the process and three months later, some project been launched. KS proved to work well as a process for working with sustainability as well. Drawing far-reaching conclusions from 11 companies is difficult, but a process of a KS nature fulfills an important function in creating insight and awareness in the industry.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The kickstart process is divided into three main activities Meeting 1 - inspiration, workshops, discussion Meet 2 - Individual coaching with individual company Meet 3 - presentations from each company about identified opportunities with sustainable development. In previous work with KS Digitalisering, the meetings have been physical. WE have now tested a digital format during the Corona Pandemic. It has been positive from the aspect that geographical boundaries are blurred but also challenging to achieve the same interaction digitally.
