Important results from the project
Itfitsu makes it easier to buy and sell used clothes online. Many people want to buy used clothes online, a big problem is that you don´t know if the garment fits, different brands have different sizes and used clothes may have been badly stretched or be from the time when a large was like today´s small. Itfitsu is a digital fitting room in your mobile, where the seller measures the garment with a click and the buyer measures himself and sees if it fits. This means that we reduce returns, get more satisfied customers and thus increased sales. Good for the seller, the buyer and the planet so win win win
Expected long term effects
Used clothes that don´t fit are not always returned, but some people just get annoyed and throw the garment away, which is also not good for the environment. We have noticed that many people stop buying used after a bad experience, and we really don´t want that should happen. We both want to get more people to buy used and that people value and use what they buy. When the right person gets the right garment and it fits, satisfaction increases and people continue to shop used instead of new. Sellers can get paid better when the garment fits and value and care for their garments more, which also does good
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** First, we identified what had a negative impact on selling online, and developed suggestions for improvement. Then we looked at how things are done today, what the biggest obstacles were and how to best overcome them. We conducted interviews with potential users, both Sellers and buyers to gain greater understanding. With the information we developed a prototype that we have let people test. We continue to do interviews after the test to know what is good and what needs to be done better.
