Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to create an it-tool in order to create growth for the company. During the last two years Clarendo has experienced substancial growth.
Expected long term effects
The result is substancial growth. We expect further more effects approxiimately six months after the project ends. We will soon start another project in order to create an international model for scale,
Approach and implementation
We created a list of demands which with help from a systemarchitecht created further more systemdocumentation and mockups. This was presented to a number of potential subcontractors in order to go through and to present a tender. Based on our demands and specification we chose an experienced subcontractor.
