Important results from the project
- increase the innovation power - reduce the risk of infringing on other companies´ intellectual property rights - increase the company´s attractiveness with potential investors and in other terms: - let identify and structure our company´s intangible assets - identify the intellectual property rights of other players (our competitors). - get an intellectual property strategy prepared, which follows our business strategy.
Expected long term effects
Our expectations were the following: - increase the company´s profit and turnover - increase the innovation power of the company - reduce the risk of infringing other companies´ intellectual property rights - increase the company´s attractiveness for future recruitment - increase the company´s attractiveness with potential investors All above expectations seem to be fulfilled with satisfaction by the project.
Approach and implementation
The project layout followed the following structure: 1. We received questions before the start-up meeting. 2. Start-up meeting (about half a working day) at our premises where received questions were reviewed. 3. Part A was received. 4. Suggestions for revisions of Part A was sent to the consultant. 5. Revised version of Part A was received. 6. Discussion of way forward regarding Part B. 7. Consultant conducted Part B, which we then received. 8. Review of Part B. Comments were sent to the consultant. 9. The consultant conducted Part C. 10. A final meeting at our premises reg. Part A - Part C.
