Important results from the project

The goal was both to get a better picture of where Infrasonik stands in terms of IP today and to develop a strategy and working method going forward to secure Infrasoniks IP-position. It was well stated from the beginning that the delivery would also be a product that we will have practical use of in the form of a decision support. Rouse has taken the entire technology platform into account and analyzed the various assets associated with each subsystem. A strategy for how the various assets should be protected has been developed, as well as a process for how Infrasonik will work forward with IP.

Expected long term effects

The result is both a strategic document and a process map. The project has both raised the level of knowledge of infrasonic connected to IP, identified areas that should be strengthened from an IP perspective and contributed with long-term working methods to ensure a long-term perspective where Infrasonik itself can identify the right measures at the right times.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was planned and managed by Rouse, but Infrasonik had a large participation through interviews and workshops. Other external stakeholders were also interviewed to ensure that all dimensions were really captured. It was a very good approach because Rouse´s structure, knowledge and analytical skills (and outside perspective) in combination with Infrasonik´s own deep knowledge of the technology and its surroundings could be met in an effective way. The result is something that Infrasonik will really use in its activities.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
