Important results from the project

The project aimed at finding a strategy for the development of IP for Trackuback. In the project, current and potential future IP from Trackuback were identified in relation to their main competitors. The project was carried out together with a consulting firm and resulted in a consultancy for assets that go hand in hand with Trackuback´s business plan. Several concrete measures have been taken, which significantly increases Trackuback´s opportunities to develop the company´s value.

Expected long term effects

The result in the form of an IP strategy with a responsible person within the company helps Trackuback to build long-term value.

Approach and implementation

The project proceeded according to plan and resulted in an implementation plan for short-term (6 months) and long-term (5 years) management of IP within Trackuback.
