Important results from the project

The Green Dairy produces and sells plant-based dairy products to ca 20 countries. In this project, the company has produced a structure and a strategy for IP, with priority on patents, licensing and agreements. This has been done in close collaboration between the company management and experts within IP, through several workshops. The work has resulted in a strategy that will be guiding future work with IP.

Expected long term effects

We presume that our competitors are working on similar development, thus we need to act rapidly and efficiently in order to remain market leaders. The project has produced a report that clearly describes the present situation as well as a strategy with action points for recommended and suitable IP-strategic activities with a clear connection to the business plan. This is highly relevant now that new products are developed and collaborations are established.

Approach and implementation

Activities have been performed in the following steps: A)Review of business plan and existing intangible assets, workshop. B)Business intelligence. Which actors such as competitors, potential partners, suppliers and others will affect the implementation of the business plan? Which IP do these actors possess? Workshop. C)Production of IP strategy and plan for implementation, suggested activity plan, workshop. The plan and strategy have worked well and the goals have been achieved.
