Important results from the project

The purpose and objective of the project has a very high fulfillment. An IP strategy has been developed that shows the company´s current situation. The project also delivers a picture of how the company should position itself and be able to realize, develop and manage its intellectual property in a professional way.

Expected long term effects

The project has made a bigger impression on the company than expected. Especially the overall categorization of the assets is appreciated as it provides the company with a tool for further work in a structured way. This has led to the company drawing up an instruction on information security management and its classification. Continued work on the IP strategy is ongoing together with the improvements that the project recommends.

Approach and implementation

The design and implementation has been very good. The subcontractor has very good experience of this type of work, something that will benefit the project well. Unfortunately, some of the methods are proprietary, which gives the company limited opportunities to continue that type of work on its own. Overall, the subcontractor has done a very good job, although the communication could have been better.
