Important results from the project

The goal was to create an IP strategy in line with the business plan to build value in the company and thereby create a sustainable and successful company that attracts partners and investors. The IP strategy is well worked out and agrees well with the goal that was the basis for the project.

Expected long term effects

An initial plan has been developed, which should be seen as a living document and tool for continued work with IPR. The plan is well anchored with the business plan and supports our proactive work both in terms of positioning towards competitors and to create business benefits.

Approach and implementation

The approach was defined together with the IP consultant and was divided into three sub-steps as mentioned above. The purpose of the layout is that it should be easy to update each component separately in the future.
