Important results from the project

The goal of the project was to identify Ionautics´s intangible assets and develop a strategy for how the company can improve its management and documentation of existing and future intangible assets. The purpose of developing a well-thought-out and in-depth IP strategy is to secure and strengthen Ionautics´s market position in order to be able to continue with a sustainable growth.

Expected long term effects

The developed IP strategy includes guidelines, routines and strategic methods for how Ionautics going forward will work to improve its documentation and to protect its intangible assets. The developed IP strategy is expected to generate a more sustainable management of the companys intangible assets, which hopefully will result in Ionautics becoming a more competitive company.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in collaboration with Linda Melin Granberg at Megra IPR, a company that specializes in patent law and IPR (intellectual property law). The work was divided into three parts; Moment A - Identification of intangible assets and an analysis of the ownership of these. Moment B - External analysis Moment C - Development of strategy and planning for implementation The IP strategy has been formulated through close cooperation between Ionautics and Megra IPR.
