Important results from the project

We have the ambition that training-interested users from all over the world through our MEMOTUS app, can buy or subscribe to advice from the top expertise in sports medicine from around 20 countries. In every market, a thorough preparation is required before launch. The purpose of this project was to conduct an investigation of market and regulatory conditions for MEMOTUS within the EU. The objective was that the project would result in an implementation plan for MEMOTUS in the EU.

Expected long term effects

The project has been implemented according to plan. The country survey resulted in both a top 3 list and a top 10 list of suitable markets for launching MEMOTUS. The implementation plan lists what general steps and issues need to be addressed before each launch in a new country. This plan is based on the operational and regulatory mapping. The expected effect is that we will be prepared for our international launch and will be able to start and implement it efficiently.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in close cooperation with Spira Globalt AB and was divided into two phases; Phase 1 "Classification, mapping and mapping of markets", Phase 2 "Priority and rollout plan for maximum growth and profitability." Project work has gone according to plan with workshops, meetings, continuous dialogue and interviews with doctors and physiotherapists.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
