Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose and goal of the project was to prepare Gazzine for internationalization. The platform has been supplemented with a translation and incentive tool and has been prepared for internationalization. In other words, the goal is met.

Expected long term effects

We are proud that we have succeeded as well as we have despite tough circumstances. Around Christmas, several members of the team got covid, which is why we were forced to extend the project time. The next setback was the war against Ukraine. With one developer in Ukraine and one in Russia who could only work in limited forms, several parts in the project were delayed. In addition, we realized that we failed to plan in advance for some parts that are necessary in the project. However, we are now working full time with these things and are ready for launch in another country within a couple of months.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We hired a developer in Russia and one in Ukraine via an external company and Swedish consultants for other services. It was a good setup that worked for us. In the planning stage, however, we misjudged certain elements which unfortunately were not included in the plan but which we supplemented the project with at a later stage. We also discovered along the way that we had to adjust our ideas and even if the end result was good, it did not turn out exactly as we had intended. Covid affected the project, as did Russia´s war on Ukraine.
