Important results from the project
This project aims to develop interactive and patient-focused cancer rehabilitation with the involvement of family members and with the support of multidisciplinary medical team. The project´s long-term goal is to build a chain of care, management, organization and authority comprehensive interactive cancer rehabilitation nationally in Sweden. The project is expected to eventually lead to cancer rehabilitation is an integral part of the continuum of care and an integral part of sustainable cancer care for a sustainable society.
