Purpose and goal
The project will ensure that EASY-Diabetes can be implemented broadly to enable diabetes care of the highest quality in Sweden and, longer-term, globally.
Expected effects and result
The project will contribute to the solution´s being integrated into health care and being adapted to the end-user needs of health care staff and patients. It will provide technical and organizational conditions for a far-reaching implementation.
Planned approach and implementation
The project partners will cooperate to develop the solution and better integrate it with existing health care systems. The conditions for a wide implementation will be established and change management will ensure that the implementation can take place practically.
