Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** With the language-based assessment method developed by Ablemind and applied to the conversations, we have, in the project, measured, described and differentiated psychological concepts and phenomena in a way that was not possible before. The project has resulted in a report that describes what support seekers bring up in the conversations and which type(s) of mental health problems affect them. The report also highlights the perspectives of the volunteers and the themes raised by them and the effect their actions have on the conversations.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has generated Mind reliable and representative data that provides the opportunity for needs-driven business development and advocacy work. The insights that have been generated have been statistically assured and have thus well complemented the other insights that Mind has had in the past and which come from the volunteers´ statistical forms that they fill in after each completed call. The project has also been a catalyst for internal curiosity and organizational learning about AI.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have analyzed 15,214 chats containing 6,102,899 words, where we developed a topic model that represents the content of the chats with 100 value-creating topics. A qualitative review was then carried out to obtain meaningful descriptions. The chat messages of the support seekers and the volunteers have been analyzed separately and in these two sections we have clustered topics in different themes through qualitative analyzes based on clinical experience.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
