Important results from the project
The aim of this project was to generate a comprehensive IP strategy that is connects to Aquammodate´s business plan as well as the research and development plan. These things were done in this project.
Expected long term effects
The expected result of the project was a comprehensive IP strategy which connects to the business plan and the research and development plan. This results was delivered within the sub-areas mapping and strategic analysis as well as an IP strategy based on these.
Approach and implementation
The project was conducted in three stages according to the original plan. 1) An inventory of Aquammodate´s current IP. 2) A mapping of the relevant IP landscape, 3) Crafting an IP strategy.
