Important results from the project

The purpose of the project has been to deliver strategy and communication related to ongoing projects within school innovation and thereby to contribute to increased knowledge of the ongoing projects and create increased general understanding of both potential and challenges within Swedish education innovation and EdTech. In light of the efforts made during the course of the project, the goal fulfillment is considered to be good.

Expected long term effects

The project was intended to contribute to increased knowledge of ongoing school innovation projects and to increase understanding of the potential and challenges of Swedish education innovation and EdTech. The ambitions were also to stimulate and inspire the school and other actors to become involved in education innovation and to increase VINNOVA´s internal competence in terms of school development and digitization. A large number of activities have been carried out during the project, often with a positive response, so the effects of the project may be considered good.

Approach and implementation

The project has regularly participated in a large number of conferences, handled various digital communication channels, participated in internal and external VINNOVA meetings and have had a dialogue with existing and applicant VINNOVA projects within school digitization, while regular reconciliations have been made with the project management. This has meant that the project has been able to work in several different ways and in several different arenas, fully in line with the project´s purpose and objectives.
