Important results from the project
The aim was that the young women, during the event was to develop novel ideas resulting in at least three new areas of (technology)education or jobs with their passion as starting point and vlogging/blogging as a tool.
Expected long term effects
For the young women, the event lead to increased knowledge and interest in technology on their own terms. For us, it resulted in increased insight into the target group.
Approach and implementation
We invited young women who share a passion for Vlogging/blogging. Famous bloggers/vloggers and industry experts inspired and took part as knowledge-providers during this two-day event with focus on how to work with your passion digitally. The young women listened to inspiring talks and part took in workshops and round-table conversations that lead to nine new areas of (technology)education and jobs with their passion as starting point and vlogging/blogging as a tool. After the event the ideas is being be captured in our regular business operations.
