Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project aim to develop a visual interface for users of the incubator reporting platform InkRapp, which has now been achieved through the creation of a dashboard (visualization tool). This dashboard enables filtering, sorting, and comparison of key company data, with charts and other visual components to create overview/insight. The project is considered successful, with potential for further development to meet future needs. Both participating incubators and external stakeholders have shown great interest in the results.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Effects of the dashboard remain to be seen, as a full-scale launch has not yet taken place. The project´s expectation of effects can be divided into two parts, where the first is about raising the quality of the data of reporting incubators as they can in real time see the results of their input - where they before felt the data "disappeared into a black hole". The second part is that incubators should be strengthened in their work and dialogues with stakeholders, with simple means they can now count on e.g. tax revenue, jobs created and women´s participation.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Based on several needs analyses, a specification was created that was the basis for the development of a dashboard (visual interface) that connects the incubator reporting platform InkRapp with the visualization tool Looker Studio. Dashboard is embedded in InkRapp and adapts based on the rights of the logged-in user. The development was done with a third party as a technical expert, and in-house resources for developing the user interface with functions such as filtering, sorting, and benchmarking. The dashboard will be widely launched in the autumn.
