Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to use the grant for staff to work on producing proposal and secondarily for information gathering and external monitoring of facts that support our arguments and strengthen the IndTech Hubbens concept. Both aim and objective are fulfilled.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The main long-term effect from the project is expected to occur after the project is completed. If the proposal to Digital Europe Programme is approved in the spring of 2022, the effect will not only be that an EDIH is created within Indtech but also that the interregional collaboration between Norrbotten and Västmanland will increase significantly.

Approach and implementation

For implementation, we have met for half an hour every week for reconciliation meetings. Agile implementation has been applied, which was a necessity as the game plan for submitting an EDIH proposal was not established at the start of the project. At the meetings, new sprints and activities have been identified. Overall, the setup has worked well. Two people from each environment have participated in the reconciliation meetings, while the practical work has largely been carried out by Luleå University of Technology.
