Purpose and goal
The purpose of this pre-study is to evaluate the feasibility of a CRM-ERP system for Swedish incubators, addressing stakeholder management, reporting, IRL tracking, and incubator processes. The goal is to define user requirements, explore cost-effective solutions, and propose building blocks for a scalable implementation aligned with innovation, sustainability, and gender equality.
Expected effects and result
The pre-study will provide insights into the needs and data structures for a CRM-ERP system addressing challenges like IRL tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, and matchmaking. It aims to inform future improvements in administrative efficiency, startup support, and collaborations among incubators, laying the foundation for potential system implementation.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will include secondary research and survey design to capture incubators´ needs; primary research through stakeholder interviews to identify requirements; analysis of data structures and cost implications based on the identified needs; evaluation of backend system options; and a final report summarizing findings and recommendations for next steps.
