Important results from the project
In the ACTION project we have developed a network of actors within research and innovation with an interest for rapid and human-centered protoyping of services, as well as the foundations for an experimental environment for developing such techniques.
Expected long term effects
In the project it has been confirmed that there is a need for such rapid techniques for prototyping service, in contrast to heavy simulator driven ways of working. A set of techniques has been tested in the project, och it has been confirmed that there are techniques and frameworks that answers to the demand that the prototypes should focus the attention towards understanding the intended service.
Approach and implementation
Working in open workshop formats have been succesful in order to test and discuss benefits and shortcomings of techniques for protoyping service, as well as a means to share knowledge between participating actors. To pursue workshops across competences, norms and organisations have opened up new possibilities and challenges.
