Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Central dimensions for transformative change in organizations that the project in step 1 should develop to then study and theorize around are; -Transformative leadership horizontal and vertical dynamics that support integration of external competencies and interpretations of external monitoring permeates various relevant processes and does not stay within one area. -Internalization of new knowledge in the organization so that acting on the new knowledge is made possible.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Participating needs owners in this project proposal are Chalmers, Zynka Group and Gabriellii Development AB. We hereby ensure that a number of actors take part in a comprehensive way of further development of knowledge about transformative change, both theoretically and practically.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The participating organizations will actively contribute to problematizing issues that are interesting for the in-depth research study and then participate in the work of translating specific research results into practical application. As the participating organizations are of a slightly different nature, different perspectives on challenges for transformative digitalisation will emerge. During this step 1, we will verify both issues and methods together and with a selection of respondents to ensure a focus that can deliver.
