Important results from the project
The pilot project performed customer and market research of the project idea and explored the commercial potential of bringing the service to market. The entrepreneur and young needs identifiers worked together on the project activities.
Expected long term effects
The project investigated the idea of a service that enables young people to earn money for charity by exposing themselves to targeted advertisements. The project´s investigation of the technical aspects showed that the application is not technically possible, and therefore the project has been terminated.
Approach and implementation
Performing the research of the users (young people), customers (advertisers) and the charity organizations was well-structured and was successfully completed. The research of the users was accomplished with three focus groups, one of which was an international focus group. A web survey with over a 100 respondents was also conducted. Research of the customers and the charity organizations was done via interviews.
