Important results from the project
The experience of this project entitle me a permanent job, an associate professor at Nanjing University. In this project, I have learned lots of scientific knowledge about photovoltaic which concerns the subjects including materials, device physics, chemistry, and engineering. I have published 5 research papers about the solar and Led in respected journals. I have re-enforceed oral presentation and writing skills, supervision ability, and cooperation ability. Furthermore, I build solid collaborations between Linköping University and Nanjing University.
Expected long term effects
In this project, I have investigated the performance and the physical mechanism of the solar cells based on halide perovsiktes and double perovskites, and published 5 research papers about the solar and Led in respected journals. This project have enforced my oral presentation and writing skills, my supervision ability, the cooperation ability, and furthermore build solid collaborations between Linköping University and Nanjing University.
Approach and implementation
1. I work with many colleagues and have learned the fabrication/characterization of the solar cells, and also learn new scientific knowledge from many subjects. Besides, I will give oral presentation monthly, write and publish research papaers. 2. I attended a lot of seminars, workshops, and international conferences concerning the photovoltaic researches, and cooperated with other scientists at different organizations. 3. I attended the leadership course, deliver courses at both undergraduate level, organized to build up the test system, supervise the PhD student.
