Important results from the project
The project resulted in a new product in the Airec portfolio which is intended for applications where the alternative heat exchanger solution is lees energy efficient and more expensive today. The viability of the product has been proved.
Expected long term effects
The positive results will be used as strong arguments to engage more customers into starting to use the new exhaust heat exchanger by Airec with integrated bypass. It will have a positive impact on the project partner to expand the use of ORC technology thanks to a more competitivie product.
Approach and implementation
The project has been carried out according to the plan except some delays mostly due to the difficult of finding suitable test sites
