Project duration November 2022 - September 2023
Status Completed
Venture Mobilization and learning initiatives for future innovation environments

Important results from the project

The team has, through the mobilization and learning initiative, increased their knowledge, motivation and ability to apply systems thinking and a mission-oriented way of working. New collaborations and networks have also emerged during the process.

Expected long term effects

The participants have increased knowledge and competence in how to conduct mission-based innovation and system transformation. The participants, from different parts of the system, have gotten to know each other and identified opportunities for collaboration. This has laid the foundation for a joint ambition to a more long-term effort to make a difference within preventive health through food. The group has therefore formed a "core team" and a "development group" and submitted an application to the call about innovation platforms. A few prototype applications are also in progress.

Approach and implementation

We have followed Vinnova and Antrop´s setup and process, consisting of eight learning blocks with theory, workshops and homework between the scheduled meetings. We have been trained in and allowed to apply various tools and processes for mission-based innovation and system transformation. The cooperation in the group has worked very well, although there has sometimes been some frustration with the process and its setup.
