Important results from the project
Health Innovation of Sweden (HIOS) has joined forces with Health Data Sweden (HDS) and under the name Health Data Sweden submitted a joint proposal to become an European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) within the Digital Europe program.
Expected long term effects
EDIH Health Data Sweden (HDS) supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the public sector in terms of access to and use of health data to achieve the expected positive effects of the digitalisation of health and social care.
Approach and implementation
In a mature ecosystem with 18 partners throughout Sweden, EDIH HDS contributes to high security, high quality and sustainability regarding the use of health data to improve health and social care in Sweden and the rest of the EU. EDIH HDS acts as a common entrance to all partners´ different and complementary competencies.
