Important results from the project
The project Grön Kaizen for SME has developed and implemented a two-day course and a digital course of 4 half days in the implementation of Green Kaizen for SME. The project has produced coaching material for green improvement work at the operational level intended for e.g. lean and environmental coordinators as well as supervisors. This coaching material has been validated by coaches in Produktionslyftet and MatLust.
Expected long term effects
The result from the project will enable distribution of green improvement tools to SMEs through both different KTH-courses and Produktionslyftet, MatLust and other development programs.
Approach and implementation
Based on existing material and articles about Green Kaizen and an analysis of existing lean educations, both course material and coaching material has been produced. The course material has been tested, evaluated and developed. The coaching material has been validated through workshops with coaches within Produktionslyftet
