Important results from the project
The purpose of the program is to educate the participating companies what they need to learn before they start exporting their medtech-products. The goal was that several companies should have sold in their first country outside Sweden, one year after the program ended. 4 out of 7 companies had done that. Goal is achieved.
Expected long term effects
Turnover as well as number of employees has increased in the participating companies since the ended the program. 4 companies in the program has exported since program ended.
Approach and implementation
Five sessions for two days each has been conducted during the year. US(part 1 and 2), Europe, Asia and Financing has been included in the program. The companies has thereafter presented their internationalization plan for an expert-panel.
