The review has resulted in both short-term measures, as well as strategic plans, which to a large extent have already been launched and help us in IP and value-building. This will also help us to be clearer in the future, in order to attract more business in the future.

Approach and implementation

This has worked well, and the report itself has won on this. We also have a broadened and in-depth contact with the IP consultant who will help us in the future.
