Important results from the project
The aim has been to find new growth opportunities by taking the company to the next level of development. The goal has been to find different options for global growth strategy. We believe that the GAP program and the cooperation with the UCLA Anderson School of Management largely enabled us to achieve the goal.
Expected long term effects
We have received a thorough survey and proposals regarding strategic direction, as well as an action plan for further international expansion. This is entirely in line with the expected results.
Approach and implementation
The planning and implementation went according to plan. We met in Los Angeles and partly on site here in Halmstad. The UCLA team also participated in a meeting with our customers in Amsterdam. The digital weekly meetings with the UCLA-team were an appreciated feature that also increased understanding of each other´s work.
