Expected long term effects
We are delighted with our results achieved so far. We have developed Gamfy Alpha version 1 that will now with further development be available globally 2019 after a successful implementation & test-period in Sweden during 2018 and 2019. We have managed to: - create a commercialisable foundation - produce a test version to gather insight for further development - further ensure we become market leaders within our field. No one else is yet doing anything like this. Gamfy is proof that Sweden is is a leading nation when it comes to smart use of digitalised work environment products.
Approach and implementation
Developing in 3D is more time consuming and thus more expensive than the options. We had some technical difficulties in the process and we got to learn new things. We were not worried and had great support in the group from eachother. This enabled us to finish the most important elements for testing. We used Trello the project tool and Skype for our meetings 2 times a day. Two team-members worked from Gotland. After completion we summarized our work manner and found that everything went really well, but to be more effective we need to be more honest in our communication with each other.
