Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** In the framework of the Innovation Partnership between France and Sweden, Business Sweden French-Swedish Life Science Days in 2019, in collaboration with Bpifrance and Sveriges Ambassad in Paris, financed by Vinnova. A two-day event that effectively and exclusively gathered 17 selected Swedish start-ups and15 French investors, day 1 pharmaceutical companies, and with French potential partner companies to consortia for participation in Eurostars (and EUREKA) - project, day 2. Other members of the ecosystems also participated on both days.
Expected long term effects

Maintaining and maintaining these contacts to be able to follow up and encourage this, as well as repeat this activity and create opportunities for participants in future editions as well. In addition to concrete financing opportunities, participants have also received great value, such as input on their business plan and business concept, opportunities for R&D cooperation, and the making of important contacts locally.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Day 1 exceeded expectations, eg. all participants had more meetings than pre-booked. Very positive feedback. Day 2 was marked by a large drop-out of French registered participants, and that several of the Swedish participants had not planned to participate all day, but had not announced this in advance. Our analysis is that there has not been a sufficient amount of interest to make contacts between SMEs, that the format for day 2 is too long and should be significantly reduced, and that it is risky to rely on external partners as there is not full control.
