Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the project was to create a collaborative structure from a specific case that enables improvements for the value chain. By jointly mapping each company´s processes, defining a common problem and creating a mutual understanding of each other´s obstacles and opportunities, the companies have created a development project to establish digital value creation in collaboration.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The actors have written a project description and started a joint project. The effect of the project in the short term is more about establishing a common “digital” way of working than creating production quality improvements. The establishment creates a platform for continued iterations and analysis that in the long run is judged to have a major effect on future value creation in efficiency, quality and sustainability.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has been implemented in three phases. The first phase was to create a common understanding of each other´s processes and methods. In phase two, a technical concept is identified and in the final phase, a collaboration structure and a project were established to get started with the identified development. The approach has worked well and a success factor has been the companies long-term mutual transparency.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
