Important results from the project

Founders Alliance succeded in encouraging established entrepreneurs and their employees to create new innovations and significantly improved solutions with high business potential, which will create value for customers and other target audiences. The participants evaluated the process to 8.9 out of 10, which we should be seen as a great success. IMEE resulted in 4 applications for VINNOVAS Pilot 2014, and the innovation process will result in at more applications to Forska Väx and not the least in commerialisation of the innovative ideas within these companies.

Expected long term effects

Founders Alliance participating in IMEE has just as planned combined a survey of the entrepreneurs innovation capital and matching of needs and ideas. We have helped entrepreneurs to innovate by giving them access to other entrepreneurs´ environment and involved entrepreneurs employees this meeting project. A highly qualified team coached entrepreneurs and their employees in innovation, stimulated with inspiration and knowledge. We evaluate that this process have resulted, both the short and long term in new innovative ideas and new solutions that will be commericalised.

Approach and implementation

Participating companies were taken on a very rewarding process of innovation journey with the measurement of the company´s innovation capital with the utility Innovation 360, were inspired at a lecture on innovation, brainstormed newideas, choose ideas and used structured tools in 5 sessions that resulted in the complete business models for new innovative ideas. The entreprenuers and project managers were coached in one-to-one meetings including presentation of business models based on defined templates in Strategyzer and Business Model Generation.
