Purpose and goal
The purpose of this follow-research is to investigate whether the form of coordination of an "innovation hub" represented by SynerLeap is optimally expected to achieve the objectives of the SynerLeap project (see below) The goal, explicit for follow-research, is to contribute to the development of "new" knowledge in the current research environment, to further strengthen SynerLeap´s contribution to sustainable resource growth in small and large companies, local and regional an extension of strengthened innovation power in Sweden and the EU.
Expected effects and result
The role of SynerLeap will be analyzed based upon the European Excellence model (EFQM or EEM). In the document "Projektbeskrivning" (2016-09-23) a number of goals (expected results and effects) and potentials are stated for the SynerLeap project. The expected effect in forthcoming analysis will show if SynerLeap has contributed to efficiency in bringing new innovations to the (global) market. The analysis of interviews with main stakeholders, a “new” knowledge about and new indicators of a sustainable resource growth of SME will be further developed
Planned approach and implementation
Initially interviews will be conducted with the stakeholders in order to discuss new contexts, priorities and aims. Questions will be further developed as KPI´s for self-evaluation After this initial interviews the research will be conducted in two steps with SynerLeap members,, in four well defined themes at four or five occasions with each member/group during the period. Step 1: What is “State of the Art” at present? Step 2: What will become (optimally possible) “State of the Art” for the future?
